In a Place Where Fantasy and Reality Collide…Rich Kids Real Estate: The Brokerage
Since the beginning ofthe new year, I have been hinting that change was in the air. After earning my CA State Broker’s License this past April, my business partner Victoria Wood and I are pleased to announce the launch of Rich Kids Real Estate: The Brokerage in the heart of Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle. I can definitively say that Rich Kids Real Estate is the first independently owned brokerage specifically geared towards the youth demographic in existence today.

We celebrated the launch of the new brokerage with a blow out party last week for all of our clients and friends atBrent Bolthouse’s Trousdale. The booze was flowing, the place was packed, and I couldn’t think of a better way to commence the new chapter for Rich Kids.
Throughout my real estate career, I have had a very clear vision of what I have wanted to see the next generation of real estate evolve in to. I believe in fostering an environment that is not just about closing deals, but developing lasting friendships with clients and being part of the journey in the creation of their ultimate fantasy lifestyle. There are no taboos or judgments at Rich Kids Real Estate. if you can dream it, we can create a life around it (obviously within the law – lol).

The idea of a traditional real estate office seemed a bit dated and boring. In keeping in line with the Rich Kids brand, we created the Rich Kids Lounge with the help of Color Me Sold Staging. For those of you who are fans of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’, The Lounge is above the famed Villa Blanca Restaurant and was English diva extraordinaire Lisa Vanderpump’s old office. With exposed brink and large windows, Color Me Sold transformed the space into a chic living room that has a mid century vibe with a youthful flair. To be able to sit in a casual environment with a glass of Veuve while discussing a deal or going over a transaction has truly enhanced the experience for our clients. I feel blessed every day Icome into work and fall in love with the space every time I walk through the door.
We have also completely revamped the Rich Kids logo and website to breathe fresh life into the brand and to give the brokerage a distinct new feel. The site will be completely bug free and full functional by early next week. Please stop by and take a preview: www.richkidsrealestate.com. Rich Kids clients will now have access to cutting edge technology in every facet of their real estate experience.

Rich Kids is all about presenting various slices of life to our core demographic. The MLS Open House Magazine was not quite so exited to facilitate this presentation. This ad was banned from the front cover of the Weekend Open House Edition during the NAR’s official “Open House Weekend”. We thought it was the perfect shot to celebrate it! They were cool enough to give us the BACK cover this weekend (hey, at least it was published). Our ad for caravan presented another type of fantasy that was completely banned all together. Stay tuned for that ad…I truly did not think it was that risque when shooting it.
There is so much to share including a new escrows, new listings, as well as other nuiances from Rich Kids…we look forward to sharing the journey with you!
